A real estate agent by trade, PK has spent the last decade building an award-winning, highly-productive and profitable real estate sales team in Victoria, BC, Canada. Her leadership and business experience - coupled with the success of Kiteke.ca and 20Deals.ca - is undeniable and inspiring for anyone looking to level-up in life.

A refugee of both Russia and Uganda, Patricia arrived in Canada with her mother as a young child, and became a Canadian citizen at the age of 7. After many years helping her mom in the family business - as well as working for top real estate developers in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada - Patricia attended the University of Alberta and received a Bilingual BA from the Campus St. Jean in Political Science. She knows what it’s like to grow up as a first-generation immigrant, and beat the odds in her community as a scholarship student.

Since stepping into the job of real estate agent, PK has sold over 40 million dollars worth of real estate sales on her own, and that is not counting the team at Kiteke.ca.
